• Double wrap each laptop in “large bubble” bubble wrap.
• Secure with tape. Place in box on its end, not flat.
• Wrap auxiliary units in bubble wrap and place in box with the laptop.
• Seal box with tape.

You don't have to pack it if pickup is being arranged.
